STRESSSS!!!

                              What happens when you're unexpectedly dumped on with stress?? It actually has a massive crappy effect on our lives!! Whether it's the boss at work, the parents at home or worse the step-mums and step-dads of the world. One thing is certain and that is... No one has the right to make you feel uncomfortable like that for no apparent reason. Sometimes of course there is a reason and an apology is required but then again they can't dump all that stress on you!! Just because someone has a bad day, maybe because their spouse is being an asshole or the boss upstairs is giving them hell about productivity, YOU DON'T have to be the recipient of such negative energy...


       In most cases;

       There maybe exceptions to this statement, but if you've got the truth on your side and your will is strong, no one could ever make you feel inferior!

Over the years, I have been the recipient of a lot CRAP during the DAY!!!!!
P!NK says it best in the chorus of her 2012 single "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)..." The song actually helps me a lot!! Cranked up really LOUD and singing at the top of your lungs help!!!

                          Over the years, I've learnt other ways to deal with these surprise shit bombs!! Seriously, they can really dampen up your mood, especially when you were having an awesome day in the first place.
Sometimes I pick up a pillow and scream in to it while I slightly smother myself! Obviously I'm screaming profanity and the point of the pillow is to make the words barely audible and recognizable to the human ear. Remember to come up for air though! I always DO! Never EVER bottle it up!! It's just gonna make your day worse and you might unexpectedly expel that at someone else. Who clearly does NOT deserve it.
                    The best way to deal with it, in my experience is to dream! Day dream!!! Picture a life where you don't have any stress and you're living the dream. Your dream job and dream house, living there!! Calm, free from stress maybe just for those few minutes, it's something to look forward to... The future is made up of your dreams so long as you're willing to fight for them!



   


 Stress is a part of all of our lives, it's hard to imagine a world without it, simply because the good must always be balanced out by the bad... So just be happy that you woke up today.. Be thankful for what you have, not what you don't... See the sky differently, enjoy the sunlight on your face, and be grateful for the joy you have, however little it may seem....
